Kyriakos Toumbas

Kyriakos Toumbas is a highly accomplished software architect, web developer, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in building and scaling startups across Europe and the United States. As the founder of a leading web agency in Cyprus, Kyriakos has collaborated with some of the island’s largest companies, delivering cutting-edge solutions across multiple industries. His entrepreneurial vision extends to founding a successful software consulting company that specializes in supporting early-stage startups. In this role, he has been instrumental in helping teams secure funding and build innovative products.Beyond his individual ventures, Kyriakos has co-founded and served as a board member for more than three successful startups, providing both strategic direction and technical expertise. His talent for innovation has been recognized through multiple hackathon wins and competition successes, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to craft impactful and practical solutions.An advocate for fostering the tech ecosystem, Kyriakos has been an integral part of the HackCyprus management committee for over three years. During this time, he has actively contributed to organizing and supporting numerous tech events, empowering the local developer community and inspiring collaboration.With a career that seamlessly blends technical mastery and entrepreneurial leadership, Kyriakos is a driving force in the startup landscape, committed to advancing technology and enabling businesses to thrive.

Andrea Solomonides

Andrea Solomonides is a seasoned entrepreneur and startup strategist with a diverse portfolio spanning media, tech, and social impact ventures.As the co-founder and COO of Black Lemon Projects, she has built a platform blending media production with digital innovation, pushing the boundaries of content creation in Cyprus. Andrea's track record includes founding Cubik-S Communications, later acquired by Giraffes in the Kitchen, showcasing her ability to scale and exit businesses successfully. Her involvement in EST Politica Technologies further highlights her strategic foresight in leveraging technology to shape public opinion and engagement.Beyond individual ventures, Andrea plays a pivotal role in fostering the Cypriot entrepreneurial ecosystem. She co-founded Cypriot Enterprise Link, a grassroots initiative driving innovation through events like Hack Cyprus and the Insights Conference, supported by global tech giants.Her contributions extend to social enterprises and urban development projects such as 180moires and The Fysco Project, reflecting her commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth. Andrea’s entrepreneurial leadership is complemented by her extensive political strategy experience, offering a rare blend of business acumen and civic engagement.
